Cancellation Policy

Customers will receive a full refund or credit (minus deposit) with 1 week notice before departure of cancellation. Refunds for cancellation made inside this period are made at our discretion. Deposits are calculated as 10% of the price of your tour. They are non-refundable except in situations whereby ScotLux Tours is forced to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances outwith our control such as force majeure, severe weather, vehicle issues, etc. In such circumstances, if an alternative tour cannot be provided, a full refund (and deposit) will be made, or the offer of postponement. No refunds can be made for no-shows on the day of departure. A no-show is defined as no contact made with your guide at your specified place of departure within 1 hour of the scheduled departure time and no prior warning of the delay. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or inquire about a cancellation or postponement.
