Can we change our tour on the day?

We welcome input from our travellers on what they want to see and do – that is why we are here! We will always discuss the itinerary early in the day and various options which might be appealing based on your interests, and we will help you make an informed decision.

What should I wear on tour?

We recommend our travellers wear sensible clothing and footwear. The weather in Scotland is extremely changeable (from good to bad and back again!) and the terrain at many of our most amazing locations can be uneven. Therefore, the best way to experience Scotland is to prepare for all conditions. That way, if you have to hobble up a grassy bank in light rain to get the perfect shot of Glencoe, you can.

Is food included on your tours?

We cannot offer food on our tours. All tours are built around lunch in an amazing location and recommendations will be given. You are entirely welcome to bring your own snacks. Rest assured you will never be long from a stop for refreshments. Consumption of alcohol is prohibited in our vehicles.

Are entry prices included to attractions such as castles, boat trips, etc?

Day Tours – Not as standard. This is to retain your flexibility on the day. If you would like to us to pre-book anything for you, please let us know during checkout and we can certainly do so.

Multi-Day Tours – This varies per tour. Detailed information per tour can be found on the relevant tour page.

Please see our Terms & Conditions.

Can you book our accommodation?

We do not include accommodation on our tours. This enables us to focus our efforts on tailoring the perfect tour for you, and gives our guests the flexibility to choose the perfect accommodation for them! We will make recommendations for the best places to stay and will put you in touch personally with your chosen accommodation provider. We ask that our guests finalise the booking and payment with the accommodation directly. This is a common policy and we will be with you every step of the way.

You can check availability before booking by using our availability tool on the relevant tour page.

We will then check options for you & be in touch. Once you're happy, we will make the accommodation providers aware of your interest and help you get booked in. Average room rates are noted on all of our tour pages.

If you would like to discuss alternative arrangements, we are more than happy to accommodate this.
